Forte Partners announces the first tenant at the ground floor of Tandem, an area of the office building dedicated to companies in hospitality and retail. NEGRONI Aperitivo bar, an Italian concept launched in Ukraine in 2020, will be operational in 2023 in Bucharest and will be a special landmark of the Calea Victoriei area, which became, over the past few years, a favorite destination for Romanian urbanites and foreign tourists.

NEGRONI Aperitivo Bar’s artistic interior signed by Ukrainian architect Lisa Shinder with the retroItalian and typically Bucharest’s art deco tints is connected to the courtyard and surrounded by the modern eco architecture by Deco Architects.

The Tandem Building and Millo Offices are part of Sector 0, a Forte Partners initiative on the premium office segment. Sector 0 means a total investment worth 100 million euro and consists in the development of office buildings for creative communities, both companies and entrepreneurs/ freelancers. Sector 0 marks a cluster of buildings perfectly integrated in the art deco architectural style, specific to the area, in the vicinity of the representative building Palatul Telefoanelor.
Located on Matei Millo Street, close to Calea Victoriei, the Tandem Building has easy access to the University Square public transport hub (metro, bus, trolleybus, tram). In addition, tenant companies benefit from the SpotUs application, accessible on their mobile phones. The application, developed by Forte Partners in partnership with the Cluj company Parking Spotter, allows fully digitized interaction with all the resources of an office building – parking, access control, booking office, management of building users, etc.
