The leading mobility and payment services provider will use space in the office building developed by Forte Partners for its Romanian headquarters.

Forte Partners announced in September 2023 the completion of construction works at U•Center 2, with a GLA of 35,000 square meters, and that the project is ready to welcome its tenants.

As tenants will move into their spaces, U•Center 2 will expand the business and service community already created in the first phase and will complete one of the most important office hubs in Bucharest”, added Elena Tecuță.
The new lease agreement signed for the space in U•Center 2 comes in a market context characterized this year by a significant drop in deliveries of new office space and their alignment to the conditions of a way of working that has changed significantly.

The first phase of the U•Center office project was completed in the third quarter of 2021, is fully leased by clients such as Booking Holdings, Endava, Lensa, Up Romania, BT, Neuroaxis, DCS plus and was sold to Pavăl Holding in November 2022.
Prior to the sale, the first phase of the project achieved LEED Platinum certification with a score of 85, one of the highest obtained in Romania for LEED v4 and WELL Health & Safety, and in February 2023 - WELL Platinum certification with a score of 91, the highest recorded in Romania for this typeof certification at the time of its achievement. Forte Partners is currently at an advanced stage to secure all of the very same certifications for the recently delivered U•Center 2.
In line with Forte Partners’ ESG policies and related objectives, the company is ensuring that the buildings it develops are constantly improving in their energy efficiency and carbon footprint. This procedure, aside the certification processes mentioned above, has led to U•Center 2 being a carbon neutral building in operation (S&C), incorporating, among the building’s many improvements, the sourcing of electrical energy from 100% renewable sources, reusing rain water, weather forecasting for higher performance cooling.
