“UPC Romania is the third main tenant that we will accommodate in The Bridge, after we managed to close two of the largest leasing transactions on the market. It is a proof of our ability to serve our customers to the extent of their expectations, and also a confirmation of the fact that Romania offers the necessary context for multinational companies to extend and consolidate its activities”, said Geo Mărgescu, CEO and co-founder Forte Partners.
The transaction was carried out with the support of Colliers International Romania, the real estate consultancy company that manages The Bridge.

This emerging office pole houses the ultra-modern project of Forte Partners and was chosen by our client given the potential of increasing its employees' satisfaction”, said George Didoiu, Associate Director Office Agency at Colliers International Romania.
