Antonela Marchievici

10 years of real estate banking and finance experience, having led the raising of debt financing for some of the most complex real estate projects in Romania.

Between 2006 and 2010, Antonela was the Head of the Real Estate Department at Unicredit Tiriac Bank, the largest and most renowned international real estate financier operating in Romania.

For over a decade, she led the raising of debt financing for some of the most complex real estate projects across residential, retail, office, and logistic. She advised on, executed and managed successful real estate financings worth in excess of 1.5 billion, developed financing solutions for over 400,000 sqm of retail space, 200,000 sqm of office space, 250,000 sqm of logistic facilities and over 3,500 residential units.

Antonela leads the raising of equity capital and the securing of debt financing for our real estate projects ranging from plain-vanilla bank loans to sophisticated debt structures with cross-border, mezzanine and syndication components.

Antonela was awarded as the “SEE Professional of the Year” in 2008 by the renowned Europa Property institution, is a Founding member of the Real Estate Investor’s Society (REIS) and a speaker at various conferences, seminars and workshops.
