Forte Partners won the Office Lease category of HOF Awards (organized by CIJ magazine), with the rent out transaction from The Bridge.
HOF (Hall of Fame) Awards 2018, which took place in Prague, on April 5, was the final in which the country winners from the 2017 CIJ Awards series compete against one another for the top prize.
Forte Partners’ Construction Director, Stephen Burke, picked up the Office Lease Award.
The Bridge office project received the highest LEED Platinum scorecard certification awarded by US Green Building Council (USGBC) for a Romanian property. The Bridge 2, with a leasing office area of approximately 22.000 sqm, is under construction and will be delivered in the last quarter of this year.
The Bridge is strategically located at 15 Orhideelor Street, 6th District, Bucharest, along with the primary axis of the Center-West submarket enjoying excellent visibility from the inner city ring road and great access by all means of transport. The award-winning building has prime visibility while offering optimal flexibility and efficiency.
Phase 1 of The Bridge was delivered in December 2017, has a total of 36.000 sqm leasable area that was fully let upon completion. Phase 2 of The Bridge has a total of approximately 22.000 sqm leasable and is set to be completed by the end of 2018.
The Bridge was designed to take into consideration the latest trends for green buildings, aiming for a high LEED certification (minimum Gold) since its conceptual phase. The second Phase of The Bridge is aiming for the same certifications as the first building.
The Best of the Best HOF Awards
This year’s event included entries from the Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia, while judging was carried out by Top real estate CEO’s, Directors and Associations along with jury roundtables and CIJ readership voting.
